1. Exercise before dieting: Begin dieting at least a week after you start exercising to allow your body to adjust to the routine

2. Don’t Miss Breakfast: Well, first of all, skipping meals is not the right way to lose weight. This can lead to a lower metabolism, less energy in the body and headaches due to a lack of calories in the body.

3. Limit alcohol: If you are prone to headaches and migraine attacks, you should not drink alcohol. Alcohol is known to either aggravate or cause pain. So, reduce consumption.
